Shipping and Returns
How long does my order take to ship?
Processing orders can take anywhere from a couple hours after your order is placed, to 2 days after. I try my best to make sure orders are packaged and sent out in a timely manner, but as a working college student, my schedule may be all over the place. Orders should not take more than 4 days to ship, and if they do, buyers would have already been contacted for updates, and given the option to cancel, or go through with the transaction.
Do you offer international shipping?
Though international (outside of the US) shipping prices can get pretty high, I do offer international shipping!
What is your return policy?
My return policies differ depending on what product(s) you ordered. I do not cover the shipping costs for returns. Please contact me with any concerns, and I will give you the best solution possible!
Refunds will not be issued after 30 days of delivery.
Jewelry
If for any reason your product arrives damaged, I will issue you a full refund, OR you can send it back for me to fix/replace at no extra cost. Returned items must be sent back with EVERYTHING it came with, or you will not receive a refund. Bracelets that break due to ordering the incorrect size (I can tell) will not be refunded. You can send it back for resizing with a fee of $5 per bracelet, and I will cover shipping. Because of my unique supply of crystals, please expect that I may not be able to replace a specific piece. Please check product descriptions for jewelry specific policies.
Skincare
Refunds or returns/replacements for any skincare products will only be accepted if they arrive damaged.
Crystals
I accept refunds, replacements, and returns with all crystal pieces (excluding jewelry, see above). If not damaged, and you would like to go through with a refund, crystals must be shipped back with EVERYTHING it came with. If you are looking to replace a crystal, please contact me, and I will see if I have the supply to fulfill a replacement!
